    Established in 2007, KEEN Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. is located in Foshan, Guangdong, the core area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the manufacturing, design, research and development of offshore engineering equipment and offshore construction. The company has established Guangdong Province High-end Marine Engineering Heavy Equipment Engineering Center, and at the same time, it has established close cooperation with Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology and other famous universities to jointly promote the research and development and application of cutting-edge technologies.

   The company's offshore equipment products include jacking systems for various types of offshore jack-up platforms, locking systems and sliding systems for drilling platforms, which are widely used in many types of offshore vessels. In the field of wind turbine installation, KOE owns two jack-up wind turbine installation platforms, KOE-01 and KOE-03, which are specialized in offshore wind power project construction. The company's customers cover major domestic oil companies and other sea-related enterprises, such as: CGN, COES, Guangzhou Salvage Bureau, SHANDONG MARINE GROUP LTD., CCCC, POWERCHINA, ZPMC, CSSC, CIMC, HTGD, Bao Sheng Changfei, Hailong Wind Power and so on.

   KOE has achieved breakthrough R&D results in many projects, and has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) as a “Model Manufacturing Enterprise of Individual Champion”. In addition, KOE has also won many honors such as Specialized, Specialized and New Small and Medium Enterprises, National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises, First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award, Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, etc. As of December 2023, the company owns all kinds of offshore engineering heavy equipment, 107 national invention patents, and 48 practical new-type patents. KOE has led the development of 1 international standard, 7 national standards and 2 group standards related to ship and offshore platform equipment products, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
