HaiTuo Electric is based on Wärtsilä's Taizhou SAM Taihang personnel, Wärtsilä acquired SAM Taihang (a joint venture between Germany's SAM and the Taizhou Marine Electric Factory), the Taizhou factory was shut down, and HaiTuo Electric will be some of the personnel in SAM Taihang as a base for the factory personnel, such as design, service and commissioning, management, including the workshop assemblers, wirers, most of which are also SAM Most of the assemblers and wirers in the workshop are also from SAM Taihang.
