In 2002, the parent company Nanjing Xipu Cement Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was established. In 2006, the company undertook the general contracting project of the 2500t/d new dry process cement production line of Vietnam Xiangyang Cement Co., Ltd. and began to undertake overseas cement engineering general contracting projects. Since its establishment, the company has taken technological research and development as its core competitiveness, encouraged research and innovation, and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Xipu Cement Equipment Research and Design Co., Ltd. Since 2008, it has been rated as a "National High tech Enterprise" and has been maintained to this day. In 2009, the company was approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology to establish the Jiangsu Cement Process and Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center; In 2010, the company established Nanjing Xipu Cement Industry Design and Research Institute. The company has undertaken hundreds of domestic and foreign cement production line projects. In 2021, considering long-term development, the company reorganized resources and established Nanjing Xipu International Engineering Co., Ltd. to strengthen the construction of overseas markets.
