Xisheng Group was jointly founded by Mr. Huang Weiqi and Mr. Zhang Gaokui on April 26, 2011 in Ningbo, Zhejiang. After thirteen years of deep cultivation and meticulous work, it has gradually transformed from a single photovoltaic wire harness manufacturer to a comprehensive new energy leading enterprise that integrates intelligent manufacturing of new energy wire harnesses, sales of energy storage inverters, deployment of super charging piles, and investment in photovoltaic power stations. At present, the group has established intelligent manufacturing bases in Nanjing, Jiangsu and Shaoxing, Zhejiang, focusing on the research and development of new energy harnesses, intelligent controllers, and solar intelligent application products. It has successfully developed an energy management system EMS to help users achieve digital management of energy consumption. The application of the group to go public in the United States has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and it is expected to be listed on NASDAQ in September 2024, opening the way for innovative energy harness enterprises to go public in the United States.
