Polimiroir France was founded in year 1955, which is not noly a roller manufacturer but also amulti-developed group. The PMG group was founded in year 2018 and has 5 factories all around the world,which are Polimiroir France-a roller manufaturer, RCD E-Plating, Ouest Coating, Maintenance and Polimiroir Wujiang. All our business covers plastic films, new energy, aerospace, metallurgy, etc. Our main products are all kinds of industrial rolls and thermal coating surface treatments in many areas.

The PMG group is one of the leaders in manufacturing and maintenance of industrial rolls, which has the professional technology in supply to the line producers. In plastic films area, we have the experience of designing and manufacturing rolls over 60 years, which includes Calander rolls, Casting rolls, Chill rolls, MDO rolls, PRS rolls, Suction rolls, Flaming rolls, Steel belt drums, etc. We have the unique spiraling design which leads to the equal temperature deviation and fast cooling effect, then to help the production stability of high quality plastic films. Regarding the roll surface treatments, we can supply such as Tungsten Carbide, Chrome Oxide, mirror polished Chrome coating, Matt surface Chrome coating, Teflon, etc. to meet all kinds of requirements during the plastic film production.

So far the roll production capacity in Polimiroir Frace is 3.2m in diameter, up to 15m in length, Polimiroir Wujiang is 2m in diameter and 12m in length. Not only we can manufacture new rolls, but also we will provide the roll related service and products, such as refurbishment of rolls, flushing of water/oil channels, on-line thermal camera inspection, dynamic balancing, cleaning of roll surface, on-line polishing, etc.
