2020年11月 广州克莱美特仪器设备科技有限公司子公司武汉克莱美智能科技有限公司成立，该子公司为我司在湖北地区的唯一合法子公司，全权负责湖北地区客户的商务投标、销售、技术支持、售后服务等业务。

2020年11月 广州克莱美特仪器设备科技有限公司经工商核定，正式更名为广州克莱美特科技股份有限公司。
