Cleaning machines in 2003

2004-An automatic cleaning machine was developed and used in the bearing industry

2005-2009 Automatic bearing hole measuring machines, sleeving machines and riveting machines were successively developed in 2000

In 2010, the products were exported to Switzerland and Japan, and became a supplier to domestic mainstream bearing factories. The hole measuring machine and the splicing machine obtained high-tech product certificates

In 2011, the company obtained the provincial high-tech enterprise certificate, supplied integrated machines and other companies in Japan, and exported them to North Korea and Vietnam

In 2012, bearing automation equipment products were exported to Germany, Thailand and other countries, and the company's products obtained CE certificates; the riveting machine obtained high-tech product recognition

In 2013, the company passed the ISO 9001:2015** issued by TUV of Germany ** and participated in the EMO Machine Show in Hannover

In 2014, the company began to equip NSK with its automated machines, its automated production line was exported to Ethiopia, and the riveting machine obtained a high-tech product certificate

In 2015, we cooperated with Southeast University to launch the first remote service system, which was applied to practice and provided efficient services; the company's automatic bearing production line was exported to Latvia APP Group; the company's automated machines were exported to Chile; and participated in the drafting of national standards for angular contact bearing contact angle measurement.

In 2016, the company completed its own new factory (building area of 17000 square meters); the bearing automatic assembly production line was exported to the United States, Mexico and other countries. Established a strategic cooperation relationship with the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation of Shanghai University to jointly develop bearing testing machines and other projects.

In 2017, the company exported multiple automated production lines to the United States, Mexico, India and Pakistan. The cumulative number of users of the company exceeded 500, including many top bearing companies at home and abroad; the company was awarded the title of "National Outstanding Enterprise in Research and Development and Manufacturing of Special Bearing Equipment" by China Bearing Association.

In 2018, the company successfully developed a ball screw production line to fill the domestic gap. A variety of bearing testing machines are included in the National 863 Plan. The company's automated production lines are exported to countries such as India, Pakistan and Mexico.

In 2019, the company won the second-class * of scientific and technological progress in Zhejiang Province, and won the title of Top 10 National Equipment Suppliers awarded by China Bearing Association; the company supplies world bearing giant SKF.

The exclusively developed ball screw production line so far in 2021 accounts for 80% of the domestic market share. Customers include CW, Nanfang, Greater, Top, Xiasha, etc.
