     二十世纪九十年代，国内水泵在浙江温岭地区以迅速之态涌现出一大批水泵中小企业，成为中国的“水泵之乡”，为公司的初创奠定了良好的基础。因此，公司在创立之初，定位立足于给排水领域，创建了集传统农用水泵与消防水泵的研发、生产、销售于一体的经营模式。主要代表产品：排污泵、消防泵。

    抓住全国各零售商家已自发地走上了行业细分化、经营特色化经销模式的契机，结合中国市场农用水泵的需求，建立和发展以排污泵、消防泵为主要产品的门店经销模式，迅速地在全国市场占有一席之地。年产值以150%~200%的速度逐年递增，为公司的后续发展奠定了坚实的基础。

   2010年7月7日，上海人民企业集团水泵有限公司成立。

   2012年12月，公司产值破千万。

   2013年10月，公司引进了第一条排污泵机械生产流水线，大大提高了水泵产能，为快速扩大市场提供了保障。

   公司正式步入快速发展通道，开辟了浙江水泵生产基地，成立了浙江中杭水泵股份有限公司。上海人民企业集团水泵有限公司正式启动生活供水系统、消防供水系统两大系统集成设备的产品方向，并全面实现集研发、生产制造、销售于一体的经营模式，厂房面积达到30亩，年产值以稳定的增长幅度逐年加大，年销售额过亿。

   2014年9月，浙江中杭水泵股份有限公司成立。

   2015年3月，公司水泵研发技术部正式，正式开启了公司自主研发之路，为公司自主品牌创立奠定了基础。

   2015年10月，公司建立具有国家标准要求的水泵检测平台，全面提高了产品质量检测水平。

   2016年11月，公司实现产值破亿的经营目标。

   公司启用从欧洲留学归来，有海外工作经历的杰出精英担当企业CEO，开启了上海人民企业集团水泵有限公司经营管理新的征程。

   公司从人才引进、市场定位、技术研发定位、产业链的搭建做出重大变革。改变了劳动密集型企业的经营模式，虽然员工总人数缩减了，但是在新市场领域的产值利润逐年以50%的幅度递增，为下一阶段企业的腾飞跃升奠定了坚实的基础。

   2017年9月，获得售后七星服务完善程度认证证书。

   2018年3月，获得高新技术企业认定。

   2019年5月，获得首批12项专利及5项软件著作权。

   2020年5月，公司对产业发展、技术研发方向确定了“净水、供水、排水、污水”四大业务板块的发展方向和核心技术研发方向。

   2021年12月，公司产品结构初步实现了水务循环系统覆盖，“净水、供水、排水、污水”四大业务板块在市场呈现出良好的业绩势态。

   2022年9月，成功取得质量、环境、职业健康三体系认证，企业标准化管理体系认证，知识产权体系、信息安全管理体系、测量管理体系、能源管理体系及两化融合八大管理体系的认证。

   2022年12月，公司总部搬迁至奉贤区临港南桥科技城，公司将正式开启科技研发的新征途。工厂搬迁至拥有40亩地的浙江省台州市温岭市大溪镇后瓦屿村规划路1号，成功创建了第一个具有现代化、自动控制的标准化厂房，为满足公司产业链的制造生产提供了坚实的保障。
