Since RAY-OU set up in 2007, our products have covered three major fields: road traffic equipment, construction machinery and diesel generator sets. With 18 years of efforts,now RAY-OU covers an area of 30 acres, factory area of 20,000㎡, more than 100 staffs of innovative entity enterprises.

In order to meet the increasing precision, mass and customization demands  of global customers, RAY-OU has invested in equipped with laser cutting equipment, CNC bending machines, welding robots and other processing equipment and several automated assembly lines. At present, our company has production capacity of 10,000 sets/year road traffic equipment, 80,000 sets/year construction machinery and 50,000 sets/year generator sets.

RAY-OU production process abide by international and domestic standards, strictly implement the ISO9001 system. We have sophisticated testing equipment,such as hydraulic universal testing metal machine, hardness tester, spectrum detector,etc. Parts into the warehouse, finished goods out of the warehouse must be with strict testing to ensure that the goods received by customers are in the best condition. The company has more than 20 mechanical technicians, more than 10 senior engineers, more than 80% elites who have been engaged in the construction machinery industry for more than 5 years.
