In 1952, the Second Construction Company of the Northeast Engineering Management Bureau of the Ministry of Construction was established in Shenyang.
In 1966, the company was reorganized into the 207th Construction Engineering Regiment, 7th Squadron, as part of military reforms.
In 1971, the Construction Engineering Regiment's 21st Detachment repair squad was set up at the Nanyang Food Bureau’s vehicle team garage.
In 1981, the repair squad was renamed the repair factory.
In 1983, the repair factory was restructured as the fourth construction engineering company of China Construction No. 7 Bureau.
In 1984, it was renamed the Repair Factory of China Construction No. 7 Bureau.
In 1987, it was renamed the Machinery Factory of China Construction No. 7 Bureau.
In 1989, the first set of asphalt mixing plant was successfully applied in Shandong.
In 1992, China’s first asphalt mixing plant with a coal powder burner was launched, obtaining a national patent.
In 1994, the company successfully developed and launched its first 60t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 1998, the first mobile stabilized soil mixing plant and the LJ1500 asphalt concrete mixing plant were successfully developed.
In 1999, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications Highway Research Institute, the company developed and launched the 160t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 2002, the company developed and launched its first 240t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 2004, Yalong’s asphalt mixing plant was awarded the "Henan Province Quality Product" honor.
In 2005, the company restructured and officially established Nanyang Yalong Road Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
