      The company was founded in 2024 (Minshan Precision Measurement Research Institute), is the third batch of projects unveiled by Chengdu High-tech Zone Science and Technology Innovation Bureau on the "Minshan Action" plan, located in Gazelle Valley Industrial Park, Chengdu High-tech Zone, the research institute is committed to solving a series of technical problems in pan-semiconductor detection from optical to multi-electron beam, from mature IC process to advanced process, from mask plate detection to wafer detection. Lead and promote precision testing to achieve the ecological development of the whole industry chain of "design-process-device-system", gather a number of high-end talents, produce a number of industry standards, form a number of invention patents, and transform a number of practical technologies. The research institute team is led by Jiang Wenhan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, optical engineering researcher and founder of adaptive optics in China, and has 50+ team members, including nearly 20 state-level talents.

Relying on five national platforms such as the Key Laboratory of Adaptive Optics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chongqing University, Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology and Nanobionics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and two provincial platforms such as the Intelligent Sensing and High-speed Computing Research Center of Xihua University, the Institute closely focuses on the huge market of high-end precision test instruments such as chips, display screens, aerospace and biomedicina. Integrate domestic and foreign superior forces, break through import substitution and technical bottlenecks, and promote the ecological development of the whole industrial chain of precision testing.
