The model SAPORITI PLUS C thread milling machine, it is for screws and twin screws even longer than 8000 mm and with diameters even bigger than 350 mm. Available hydraulic self-centering rest in different working ranges for diameter from 20 up to 350 mm and manual centering rest up to 450 mm.
This machine model has inclined bed of 45° to allowing the better view at the operator and the easier fall of chips and coolant.
The milling head can be equipped with a ISO 50 or HSK 100 spindle with hydraulic rapid cutter change.
Maximum spindle speed: 6000 rpm,
Cutter motor power: kW 40.
Rapid Z axis speed 8000 mm/min
The special tailstock allows the working of longer workpieces acting a rest in case of needs.
All the Electronic is Siemens and it is covered by 24 months worldwide warrantee. The CNC is the latest generation Siemens 840D. The machine can be equipped with an auxiliary milling head for disc cutter with a max. diameter of 200 mm. This head can be useful to work special screw profiles as cams, polygons, deep and narrow thread. This head has an auxiliary controlled axis for the inclination of the disc cutter.
The machine is completely close by safety protection and doors.
A special software developed by Saporiti with the input from Customer to follow the new screws design profiles allows the operator the easier programming of screws and twin screws even very complicated with mixers or variable pitches. This SAPOVITE software in fact allow the programming and manufacturing in a fast and economic way even of a screw at a time.
