The MAP2, MAS2 and MAC2 are single axis joysticks designed to control 2 proportional solenoids. MAS2 version has signal outputs, while MAP2 has power outputs (PWM). MAC2 instead, has CAN bus outputs.
All versions of joystick are supplied with a spring return simple knob or, optionally, with mechanical clutch.
Furthermore, the 3 types of joystick are available with finger joystick, also in this case, with or without clutch. The versions with finger joystick are called respectively MAP2L, MAS2L and MAC2L.
Like our 2 and 3-axis versions, all our one axis joysticks can be programmed directly by the installer using our AIS interface.
If the joystick has to be fitted on machines working in high-salinity ennvironments, we also have versions for marine use. These models, called MAP3, are subjected to special treatments that allow them to better resist against salt.
MAP2/MAP2L main characteristics:
- one proportional section (A+B) direct control (2 PWM outputs max 2.5A);
- adjustable minimum/maximum current for each directions (A+B);
- adjustable rise/fall time ramp up to 25 seconds (step 0.1s);
- adjustable PWM frequency from 50 to 300 Hz;
- input for speed reduction or deadman feature or "fault" output (default);
- frictioned lever version available;
- output curve shape: linear or parabolic (selectable);
- DV digital output is activate when PWM output is on;
- all working parameters are adjustable through a serial port and the
- Windows® SepSim program using a special serial port adapter (AISR)

MAS2 main characteristics:
- single output voltage signal.
- available ranges are: 0÷5V, 0÷10V, 5÷0÷5V, 0.5÷2.5÷4.5V or any other range within 0÷10V;
- ratiometric (25%÷50%÷75% of supply voltage).
- output curve shape: linear or parabolic (selectable);
- ramps on signal adjustable from 0 to 25 s (step 0.1 s);
- input usable for:
- speed reduction (calibration adjustable for each side);
- block one or both sides of signal output;
- deadman feature (to be activated before moving the lever);
- lever with friction version available (retained lever);
- high current digital directional outputs, usable as FAULT signal;
- all working parameters are programmable through a serial port and the
- Windows® SepSim program using a special serial port adapter (AISR)
