PRF roller hearth furnace for plate is suitable for normalizing, annealing,quenching and tempering of bridge plate, ship plate, track plate and so on.
视不同需求,阿瑞斯PRF辑底式板材热处理炉可采用单减速电机整线驱动或单辐独立驱动方式。驱动系统变频调速,并配有物料跟踪系统。
加热方式分为保护气氛辐射管加热或敞焰加热。燃烧系统全部采用自身预热高速烧嘴配以脉冲燃烧控制,保证温度均匀性同时节约燃料。
自动化控制系统具有物料跟踪、温度控制、保护气氛计控、生产报表等功能。根据用户要求,阿瑞斯PRF辑底式板材热处理炉可配装在线加热数学模型。
阿瑞斯PRF辑底式板材热处理炉,根据不同的热处理工艺可配置辑压式连续淬火机、间歇式压淬装置,以及在线控制冷却装置。
Depending on different needs, PRF can be driven by different ways:to drive the whole line by a single reduction motor, or to drive every single roller by an independent reduction motor etc. Driving systemis equipped with frequency control and material tracking system isalso adopted to track the location of materials in the furnace accurately.Heating methods are divided into radiation tube heating with protectivegas or open fire heating. The combustion system adopts self-preheatinghigh speed burner with pulse combustion controller and ensuretemperature uniformity while saving fuel.
The automatic control system has the functions as below: material tracking, temperature control, protective gas control, productionreports and so on.On-line heating process simulation could be anoption according to the requirement of client.
For different heat treatment process, PRF can be equipped with roller pressing continuous quenching, intermittent pressure quenching, or online control cooling device accordingly.
