Ares RHF rotary hearth(bottom) heating/heat treatment furnace is suitable for heating billet, casting and forging, heat treatment of coil, wheel and silicon steel, high temperature reduction of direct reduced iron.The Max.furnace temperature can be up to 1400 °C. It is a necessary heating / heat treatment furnace for steel rolling, high level casting and forging and special heat treatment field.

Ares Rotary hearth furnace:
Double-layer fan-shaped furnace bottom frame structure is adopted to effectively reduce the high temperature rise of furnace bottom and ensure long-term stable operation of equipment.The patented support roll, centering roll and transmission device ensure stable operation of furnace bottom and high positioning accuracy of materials in the furnace.
The optimized design of refractory materials of furnace body can effectively control the external expansion of furnace bottom, lower the temperature of furnace wall and furnace top, and effectively reduce energy consumption.
Driven by hydraulic motor, it can realize high torque,multiple motors operate synchronously,and cooperate with the material tracking system to achieve accurate positioning of materials in the furnace.
