阿瑞斯SCL悬垂式铜带热处理炉,适用于铜合金带材在全H₂或N₂/H₂保护气氛下进行固溶、再结晶或去应力退火,铜带在炉内高温段采用悬垂方式,无炉辑接触,热处理后表面光亮无氧化,无擦伤。
热处理炉工艺温度从300℃到1100℃范围内任意可选,可满足0.1~1.5mm之间的合金铜带的所有热处理工艺。
ARES ScL is suitable for solid solution, recrystallization or stress relief annealing of copper alloy strips under H2 or N2/H2 protective atmosphere, in which copper strips are overhung in the high-temperature section and have thus no contact with furnace rollers.Therefore, thesurface of copper strips is bright, oxidation-free and without scratchesafter the heat treatment.
Within the range of 300 °C to 1100 ℃, the heat treatment furnace canbe set at any temperature to meet process requirements of alloy copper strip thicknesses between 0.l and 1.5mm.
炉子加热区分对流段和辐射段,对流段采用循环风机强对流方式加热,铜带在该段快速升温到最高850℃;辐射段采用辐射管辐射加热方式,炉温最高达到1100℃;冷却段采用高效喷流冷却装置快速冷却铜带,铜带出口铜带温度小于80°C。
SCL悬垂式铜带热处理炉,占地小,适用工艺范围广,完全可以替代气垫炉和立式退火炉,同时还具备投资和维护成本低等特点,在铜合金带材退火领域有很大的优势。
Furnace heating is divided into two sections:The convection section and the radiation section.The convection section is heated by high-convection circulating fans, through which copper strips can be quickly heated up to a maximum of 850° C.The radiation section adopts a radiation tube heating mode, where the furnace temperature is up to1100°Cmaximum. The cooling section utilizes high-efficient jet cooling devices to quickly cool copper strips, so that the temperature of strips at the outlet is less than 80℃. SCL occupies a small area and is applicable to a wide range of processes, which can replace flotation furnaces and vertical annealing furnaces without doubt. Meanwhile,such furnace has characteristics of small investments as well as low maintenance costs, conferring great advantages to it in the field of copper alloy strips annealing.
